At Indiana/World Skating Academy, world-class competitors train with elite coaches and families share fun on the ice. Since I/WSA opened its doors in 1987, it has nurtured talent, added ongoing revenue to the City of Indianapolis, and donated ice time to other community organizations.
Faced with the need for a new facility that offered better energy efficiency, greater flexibility, and more options for future growth, I/WSA asked B Plus C Communications to create a fundraising brochure for its capital campaign. The resulting two-color piece uses a metallic gold ink to symbolize medal-winning performances, and an accent typeface with letter forms whose strokes resemble skate blades.
